The London Office was set up in 1992 and provides back up and service to 34 firms of chartered surveyors and estate agents with 161 offices specialising in country properties. Based in the heart of central London with offices on St James Street, The London Office is collectively now marketing over 26,000 houses for sale per annum.
Using the experience of qualified personnel they place our clients' properties in front of London buyers targeting major institutions including banks, building societies, hotels, clubs and London agents. It is their objective to assume the role of the London arm for country agents enabling our clients to have the best provincial representation with full national and international marketing.
The London Office holds full sales particulars of specific properties from attractive "chocolate box" cottages to large country estates so that enquiries, either general or specific, can be handled promptly. In this way we ensure that our clients information is put in front of potential buyers as swiftly as possible and do whatever we can to ensure they are always at the top of the pile.
The London Office also produce their own property magazine which contains a wide selection of property from the United Kingdom and abroad. With over 35,000 copies produced twice a year, it ensures that any property featured within it reaches the widest possible audience.
Regional property exhibitions are regularly held at The London Office. These have proved most successful in attracting London and international buyers.
