This is a charming and quite unique detached property with an interconnecting letting cottage, fronting magnificent internationally renowned walled gardens. Adjoining this is a rare plant nurseries specialising in primarily day lilies and hostas. Within this area is a range of derelict farm buildings, which would be ideal for conversion to residential or holiday accommodation (subject to the relevant permissions). The gardens, arguably one of Hampshire's finest, contain many rare and unusual plants. They have evolved over the years into the present interlocking design seen today, which have been featured in several magazines and are open for the National Garden scheme.
